Both pine tart and white eye r Guyanese pastrys. If u never had them, then DON'T ANSWER THE QUESTION UNLESS U WANT 2. Pine tarrt is a dough made with baking powder, butter, and flour that is filled with crushed pineapple in it. White eye is just plain good.
Which pastry is better, Pine Tart or White Eye?
White eye is yummy but since I love pineapples, I like the pine tarts better. Coconut tarts are delicious too!
