We have a landscaped yard with two large trees that drop pine needles that look like "V"s or two pine needles fused into a wishbone. These get stuck easily on other parts of the tree, bushes, and in the rock bed we have for a yard. We've tried raking and using a blower, but the rake doesn't get much up and the blower moves the rocks more than the needles.
How to get up wishobone-shaped pine needles off of lava rocks and bushes?
Try the vacuum on your blower if it has one.
If the lava rocks are sucked up put a "chicken wire " guard over the nozzle.
