Pine-sol in carpet shampooer?

My carpet cleaner also does bare floors also, have any of you tried using pine-sol in your carpet shampooer to do bare floors? I just moved out of my old house and am getting it ready to rent out (we own that house also) I would like to use the shampooer to do the kitchen floor since it is rather large. I know there is a bare floor cleaner I can buy, but with all that needed to be done to this house I just can't afford it, we spent every last dime we had. I do have some pine-sol left. But I don't want to ruin my shampooer. Just wondering if anyone has tried it or have tried anything else. I'm not being lazy to get on my hands and knees, but I'm just warn out and my hands have been really bothering me ( i have carpal tunnel) so getting on them to scrub a floor is hard.

Thanks

Pine-sol in carpet shampooer?
yes that would be just fine make sure its dilluted.. ive used all kinds of cleaners in my shampooer ive used pine sol,mr.clean, fabuloso, lime away, etc....... it should be fine! save money anyway you can......:)
Reply:I've never used it, but if you still have your manual for the carpet cleaner, consider referring to that. If you're like me, I probably couldn't find the manual anyway, lol.

I don't see that there would be a problem with it as long as it was diluted, of course. After using it, consider a cycle of clean water to wash it out, if you have an area conducive for that. Good luck, sorry you're in pain.
Reply:My sister in law used mr clean in hers. She said it worked great in the shapooer and even made her carpets smell better than the cleaner from the comapany. Hope this helps.
Reply:I have a bissell steam cleaner %26amp; have pets. I've used oxiclean, pine sol %26amp; lysol in mine %26amp; it's worked great.
